Council of Members 2018

 Last update: 12 November

Dear members,

We would like to cordially invite you to the 8th Annual Council of Members meeting which will take place in Bled and Ljubljana, Slovenia on 13 – 15 November 2018.

The annual meeting will be accompanied by the international conference The Dark Side of the Moon: Dealing with the Totalitarian Past – Confrontations and Reflections organised on the 10th anniversary of our member organisation, the Study Centre for National Reconciliation. (The book The Dark Side of the Moon: A Brief History of Totalitarianism in Slovenia 1945-1990 was published in Slovenia 20 years ago. The monography and the exhibition were devoted to all victims of the Communist totalitarian system in Slovenia. The characteristics of the Communist totalitarian system which caused serious and systematic violations of human rights and fundamental freedoms were presented.)

During our meeting, we will elect a new managing director (candidates are welcomed) and a member of the Supervisory Board, and we will approve the 2017 annual report. The activity plan for the next 2 year period will be presented and we will discuss and elect new members.
