Prague, 29 December – The Platform in cooperation with the Twentieth Century Memorial Museum has prepared an expanded edition of its educational board game Across the Iron Curtain. The game is based on the original English version of the game “Across the Iron Curtain” and is published in Czech in a second edition. Players in the role of people smugglers help refugees from Eastern totalitarian Europe to get from the country to freedom in eight different ways. Compared to the original version, the manual contains several new authentic stories of successful and unsuccessful attempts of Czechoslovak citizens to escape the Communist country.The game will be used for educational purposes for schools and youth.
