Invitation to conference “The Iron Curtain – Consequences of WWII” on 5-6 May 2015 in Budapest

budapest_bannerThe Platform of European Memory and Conscience together with the Hungarian Committee of National Remembrance are hereby cordially inviting to an international conference at the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the end of WWII with the title “The Iron Curtain – Consequences of WWII” which will be held on 5-6 May 2015 in Budapest, Hungary, in the House of Parliament – Delegations Hall, Kossuth Lájos tér 1-3.
Among the speakers, we will welcome Łukasz Kamiński, President of the Polish Institute of National Remembrance, Wolfgang-Christian Fuchs, President of the International association of political prisoners Inter-Asso, Rev. László Tőkés, Member of the European Parliament, Valters Nollendorfs, Chairman of the Board, Occupation Museum Association of Latvia and other distinguished guests.
